Description
We utilized primary cyst cultures derived from human ADPKD donors transfected with RGLS4326 to demonstrate the human translational potential of RGLS4326. Results show that RGLS4326 treatment globally de-repressed mRNAs of predicted miR-17 target genes in primary human ADPDK cyst cells.
Overall Design
