Description
We compared transcriptome profiles of kidneys from RNLS KO mice treated with RNLS peptide RP81 in mesonanoparticle (RP81-MNP) or with empty MNP (control). Our study provided some molecular mechanism of how RNLS peptide protected kidney from cisplatin-induced CKD.
Overall Design
RNLS KO mice were treated with either empty MNP or RNLS peptide RP81-MNP once a week for 4 weeks, and 2 doses of cisplatin at 15mg/kg, 2 weeks apart, for 4 weeks. Control mice kidneys were collected and digested into single cells, followed by next-generation sequencing analysis.
