Overall Design
we orally gavaged male C57BL/6 mice with or without L. casei Zhang (Lac.z) and L. acidophilus (Lact) for 4 weeks (1109 CFU per day) prior to being subjected to ischemia-reperfusion (I/R)-induced injury, and the mice were killed on day 5 after injury. Kidney mRNA profiles of these mice were analyzed.
