RGED RGED / Whole transcriptome analysis of human kidney cells after treatment with or without phosphoramidon

Public on 2022-05-17

Description

The mechanism of autophagy can be triggered by phosphoramidon to ameliorate kidney fibrosis and inflammation. The precise targets of fibrosis and inflammation in chronic kidney disease (CKD) need further investigation. The purpose of this project is to development of potential therapeutic drugs for CKD treatment. The therapeutic targets might be identified from cellular signaling induced by phosphoramidon in the human kidney proximal tubular epithelial cell line (HK-2 cells).

Overall Design

RNA sequencing of human kidney proximal tubular epithelial cell line (HK-2 cells) after treatment with phosphoramidon for 24 hours.
