RGED RGED / Remote ischemic preconditioning causes transient cell-cycle arrest and renal protection by a NF-kB-dependent Sema5B pathway

Public on 2022-06-14

Description

Our study investigates how RIPC modulates the transcriptomic profile of neutrophils and renal tubular epithelial cells in the kidney during acute kidney injury.

Overall Design

Acute kidney injury was induced by ischemia-reperfusion injury (IRI) in mice. Single neutrophils were isolated from the blood and renal tubular epithelial cells were isolated from the kidney 24 hours after induction of AKI.
